Temporary position through Dec. 31, 2024.

Front desk, pediatric medical office. The ideal candidate would be welcoming, kind, very organized and detail-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in English, and enjoy interacting with people of all ages.

Your role would include registering and scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, answering phones, sending appointment reminders, verifying insurance, collecting copays and answering simple billing questions.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and front desk duties
- Familiarity with medical records management and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
