As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the patients receive exceptional care and service.
Pay Rate: $49,920.00 - $54,080.00/annually DOE
Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Parking: Onsite Parking available
Benefits: 401(k) and Health Insurance
Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
- Assisting new patients with their paperwork and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Managing incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handling superbills and maintaining accurate payment logs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a front office capacity within a medical environment.
- Knowledge of various insurance plans, including Medicare, BX, Aetna, United Healthcare, and others.
- Prior experience in Internal Medicine is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and DocuSign .
