Position/Title: Administrative Assistant to the Lower School Office
Appointment: June 10, 2024
Reports to: Director of Early Childhood to Grade 5

Position Summary:
The Lower School Administrative Assistant is a vital role responsible for the day-to-day running of the Lower School. Maintaining a solutions-driven mindset while directly supporting the Director of Early Childhood to Grade 5 and the Associate Directors, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication, managing attendance, supporting events, scheduling appointments, and general office support.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A minimum of three years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced position is a must. S/he must possess a positive attitude, excellent written and verbal skills, strong organizational and technological skills (familiarity with Google suite), and proven success within a work setting that requires collaboration, cooperation, and collegiality.
