Laurel Parc is an upscale senior living community located just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area in the charming Bethany Village neighborhood. We seek friendly and efficient full time Shift Lead Servers to deliver delicious food and beverages to our residents and families throughout our thriving community as while as ensuring proper procedures and checklists are completed and providing support of the Assistant Dining Room Manager as necessary and being responsible for supporting the overall operation and supervision of staff in the dining room.. We provide flexible hours and no late nights to accommodate those with busy schedules, school or second jobs. Training will be provided to prepare you for success!

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am- 7:30pm

Pay: $20.50- $21.00

Shift: Full Time

Main Responsibilities:

• Acts as supervisor on duty in the absence of the Assistant Dining Room Manager.
• Leads each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks and ensuring team members are prepared for each day.
• Assists with the planning, staffing, organization and coordination of all activities in dining areas of the community.
• Effectively leads dining service during shift to ensure excellent operations are achieved.

Qualifications:

• at least 2 years' experience as a server
• Current Food Handlers Permit (ideal but not required)
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to work positively in a team environment and be punctual and reliable for shifts
• Must be 18 years of age or older
