Overview:
Bellagios Pizza Sellwood is seeking motivated and experienced Shift Leaders to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our establishment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or complaints
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency and profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
