Functions:

• Process patient demographic entries accurately and expediently.
• Categorize ailments, procedures, and treatments using a comprehensive understanding of the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and International Classification of Diseases (ICD).
• Analyze and evaluate patient medical records to generate precise coding for billing purposes.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to verify procedures and treatments.
• Resolve discrepancies in billings and update coding protocols aligning with the latest healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with insurance agencies to expedite the claim process, manage denials, and facilitate patient communication.
• Assist in performing audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and adhere to strict ethical guidelines.
