**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Receptionist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Coordinate projects as needed
- Manage office tasks such as filing and organizing documents
- Support office management with various administrative duties
- Provide customer support in both English and Spanish
- Assist with other tasks as required
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Strong proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in administrative tasks such as project coordination, personal assistant duties, and office management
