Subsidium and its employees are committed to mission accomplishment and organizational excellence.Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager will answer phone calls and respond to inquiries accordingly, as well as provide support for meetings, program reviews, and events and perform basic gathering, analysis, and forecasting of data, data calls, and reports along with other administrative duties necessary to maintain the facility’s status quo.
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000/yr
Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Assist CEO/President with follow-up calls.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and provide support for meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and other similar activities.
  • Research, draft, edit and facilitate timely responses to a variety of written inquiries as well as executive or other priority correspondence that requires immediate response.
  • Use software programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management applications, to perform company-specific administrative tasks.
  • Prepare or assist with the preparation of scheduled narrative reports and other PowerPoint presentations.
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents; develop and maintain data, and perform routine data entry, analyses, and calculations in the processing of information for ad hoc and recurring reports.
  • Perform basic gathering, analysis, and forecasting for data calls and reports.
  • Assist with office supply management, analyzing standard office needs, researching sources of supply, and notifying appropriate staff in advance when supplies are required.
  • Assist with the planning, organization, and production of meetings, special events, seminars, and programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively written and orally.
  • Ability to perform high-level administrative support independently.
  • Preferred 3 to 5 year’s experience.
