LaunchLife International is seeking a talented, creative, and highly organized Director of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing team at our Boca Raton, Florida office. In your role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing while collaborating with the members of the Marketing team. The majority of your time will be spent finding creative and innovative ways to manage, coordinate, and brainstorm with the marketing team for the planning and execution various projects and tasks. Part of your time you will also spend with the Executive Management team creating the overall digital and marketing strategies that will help our brand and franchise partners grow and be successful. You will periodically meet with key Marketing agencies and 3rd party contractors to support all marketing tasks and projects. Finally, and with the help of your team, you will be responsible for the generation of reports on the main KPIs.

As a dynamic and strategic thinker, you will lead website and digital strategies, creating impactful moments that drive enrollment and enhance brand influence across LaunchLife International's diverse educational platforms. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in franchise development, contributing to the growth and success of our network. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic and tactical execution of web development projects and maintenance
  • Quality assurance of all marketing assets and website functionality
  • Continuous development of our web and marketing assets
  • Management of paid media and digital campaigns
  • CRO strategies and plans
  • Blogs and content strategy

Others:

  • The website design, development, and implementation process
  • Frontend and backend website maintenance and management
  • Web themes, plugins, APIs, and integrations
  • Organic traffic and SEO campaigns
  • Oversee email campaigns and newsletters and determine ways to maximize their impact and reach SMS and email drip campaigns
  • Oversee social media campaigns and overall strategy
  • Conduct surveys using Survey Monkey or similar tool for market research
  • Marketing for franchise development
  • Marketing for targeting prospective audiences for all the brands (from STEM & engineering to upskilling and retraining future students and graduates)
  • Paid campaigns
  • Forms and connection to CRM
  • Marketing reports
  • Support of Google My Business
  • Assist with other marketing tasks as needed

Skills & qualifications:

  • Leadership to mentor, manage and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team
  • Able to effectively manage time and deadlines for multiple ongoing projects at once
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS preferred
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in marketing with 4 to 8 years managing a marketing team
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics and Google Analytics

  • Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Production of videos
  • SEO tools
  • Data Studio
  • Call Tracking, VOIP Phone Systems or Apps
