YOUR ROLE

As a Paid Media Manager it will be your responsibility to plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns for the Direct-To-Consumer brands in Launch Potato’s portfolio. With a specific focus on growing the Google Ads channel. You’ll use your strong foundation and understanding of the google platform and marketing to help the team to continue to grow the channel quarter over quarter. 

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Paid Media. You’ll be working alongside passionate and goal driven Potato Heads who don’t settle for good enough. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Using data, insights, and industry/competitor trends to develop the strategy for your assigned verticals to help effectively grow our brands DTC websites
• Use research tools to understand the marketing landscape of the vertical (spyfu, similarweb, etc.)
• Perform daily campaign management to ensure campaigns are successful. Campaign launches, budget management, bid adjustments, experiments, audience/keyword changes.
• Be accountable for meeting revenue, traffic, ad spend, and ROAS/CPA targets to meet or exceed the KPI benchmarks
• Provide insight into successful campaigns/tests with other team members in order to replicate
• Deep dive into current campaigns to provide optimization recommendations
• Work with the Yield management team to understand traffic performance. Keeping them up to date on changes as well as monitoring any fluctuations from theirs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 3 years of paid media experience with a specialization in Google Ads
• Strong data analysis skills
• You have experience aggregating data from paid campaigns and reporting platforms into spreadsheets with an understanding of paid media KPIs
• Experience with crafting compelling ad creatives 
• You have the ability to communicate in all formats; within the paid media team as well as cross functionally
• You’re creative, passionate, and strategic
• Always staying up to date on all things Google Ads and paid media
