Launch IT Solutions is a Managed Service Provider looking for a self-starter who wants to join us in our continued company growth. We are looking for a team-player who will work directly with the owners of the company on a daily basis, in support of our SMB and Residential clients. Responsibilities will include configuration, installation, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and networking devices; maintaining and troubleshooting complete client IT infrastructures including hardware and software; and providing direct customer/user support for all IT related issues.
The ideal candidate will be organized, love technology, and be GOOD WITH PEOPLE! As important as the technology is, our clients are MORE important. We are looking for the ultimate “geek” with personality (just like us)! They should be able to relate to our clients easily, speak “Geek” fluently, and translate with a smile! Candidate will be comfortable with diverse technology environments, and possess a keen eye for detail and trouble-shooting. Documentation of work, and ability to follow company systems and processes within their own work environment is KEY.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, the ideal candidate must have a “can-do” attitude, a desire to learn new things regularly, and they must be ok with failure as a means to become better! We cultivate a Growth Mindset culture, and we want people who WANT MORE.
Ideally, this is a full-time, hourly position. Hours covered are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am - 5:00pm (but we are super flexible here).
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED. Although there is a company vehicle/van available, applicant might be required to use their own vehicle if the van is being used by another tech. This position requires regular travel to multiple client sites around the Phoenix metropolitan/east valley area. Please note - technician may be required to transport hardware to client sites, and the ability to secure equipment within a vehicle may be necessary (i.e. driving a motorcycle would not work). Applicant must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record. Proof of current auto insurance will be required.
