Qualifications:
Teacher / Substitute Teacher position:
Head Teacher position:
- Montessori Certificate (AMS or AMI), or 12 ECE units and currently engaged in Montessori training.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a lead teacher in the toddler or primary classroom.
- Displays strong classroom leadership and critical thinking skills.
- Highly organized, curriculum and classroom management skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Teacher / Substitute Teacher position:
- A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education Units OR 6 units w/current enrollment in ECE classes.
- Montessori training or training in progress, and/or previous working experience in a Montessori environment (preferred).
- Will provide a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where a child's potential to learn and explore is maximized.
Aid
- High school graduate
- Previous working experience in a daycare environment.
