Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator with TS Clearance
Compensation: $120k-$150k

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator with an active Top Secret Clearance to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing classified systems and networks, ensuring their security, reliability, and compliance with stringent government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage classified systems and networks, overseeing their installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Implement robust security measures to safeguard classified information, including access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with government regulations, security standards, and clearance requirements.
• Develop incident response protocols and conduct security investigations in case of breaches or violations.
• Collaborate with security teams, government officials, and stakeholders to coordinate security efforts and stay updated on security-related policies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of security measures, incidents, and compliance activities.
• Conduct security training sessions and awareness programs for staff to ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance security while maintaining clearance standards.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Clearance or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in system administration, particularly in managing classified systems.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption, and access controls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of government regulations and security clearance procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
