New Job Opportunity - Mortgage Loan Assistant:
New job opportunity with a client based out of Beltsville, MD. Looking to hire a Mortgage Loan Assistant with at least one year of professional work experience(Do not need to have experience processing loans - Will train). Must be motivated and willing to learn. College Degree Required - Open to recent college graduates.
We are trying to fill this role within the next 2 weeks.
Logistics of the Role:
- Full Time - Direct Hire
- Our client is looking to pay a salary of around 50k-55k
Day to Day Activities:
- Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower’s credit, employment, income and assets as required by the particular loan program before submitting to underwriting.
- Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
- Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
- Complete the required loan checklist.
- Set up loan files
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required, Bachelors degree is preferred
- At least a year of professional work experience
- Great Communication and Customer Service
