Position Summary:

As a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Identify and report non-conforming products and work with the production team to implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Assist in the development of new products and processes, ensuring that quality standards are met from concept to production
• Provide training to production personnel on quality control procedures and practices
• Collaborate with other departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives
