This is a hybrid position, but they expect candidate to be onsite 5 days a week for first 6 months. After that, 1-2 days from home per week is a possibility.
Need to be clearable due to Navy contract.
Candidates who worked on school projects or internships with 3D electronics packaging, thermal system design, and hardware build/test would be ideal.
Essential skills and experience:
This position requires a BSME or MSME from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission-approved program with a strong academic background
Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
Knowledge of the practical application of mechanical engineering and technology including applying systems, principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to a project design
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, fabrication drawings, and models
Strong interest in numerical computations and problem solving
