Working with an Excellent Client that is looking to hire a Entry Level Database Developer in Baltimore, MD. Our Client is looking to Hire this candidate ASAP! Starting Salary is $60-$100k based on experince. This is a great oportunity for recent graduates with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Scince, Info Systems, Data Science, etc. This posotion is very heavily focused on Database and will require you to take a database exam! Our client is looking for people who are great communicators and also love to code! This is also a consulting base role that will be client facing. We are looking for the perfect mixture of coding and consulting. 

This position is Fully On-site in Baltimore, MD with a 4/10 work schedule. (Monday-Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Identify current business process pain points and utilize leading enterprise development tools to automate, reengineer and reimplement business processes.
• Work under strict deadlines to facilitate timely deliverables through a small, cross-functional team.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to balance workloads efficiently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Flexibility, adaptability. and motivation to contribute to a growing operation.
• Ability to effectively translate technical specifications, errors, and business logic through written and verbal communications to both technical and non-technical customers or stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Familiarity with Entity Relationship Diagrams, and database design.
• Exposure to modern software development languages such as JavaScript, .Net/C#, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and O365.

Education:

• Preferred degree in a computer related major or minimum of 2 years working in Microsoft heavy technical environment.
