Job Title: Entry-Level Database Software Developer (Client-Facing)

Location: Baltimore, MD (4/10) M-Th 10hr shifts ($60-$70k Benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand the features and capabilities of our database software.
• Engage with clients to assess their requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our software.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the implementation and integration process.
• Gather feedback from clients to inform future product development and enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all their database software needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software solutions.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role or sales environment is a plus but not required.
