Latitude is Hiring a Conflicts & Intake Specialist (Hybrid) Near Irvine, CA
This is a hybrid position (3 days remote, 2 days on-site). Salary is $60-80k/yr depending on experience
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Conducts reviews of the intake form and ensure it follows the firm's policies and procedures
- Ensure the documents contain all necessary information such as clearances and approvals
- Review the engagement letter
- Confirm all information recorded is accurate
- 2-4 years experience within the conflicts department
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Aderant preferred
