Small Business Coach- Prince George’s County
The Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC) is a private, non-profit 50l(c)(3) community development corporation founded in 1991. LEDC's mission is to drive the economic and social advancement of low- to moderate-income Latinos and other D.C. area residents by equipping them with the skills and tools to achieve financial independence and become leaders in their communities.
Position Overview: LEDC is seeking a Small Business Coach to support our Maryland Small Business Development team in their work providing business support services to aspiring and existing small businesses in Prince George’s County and work with businesses facing the financial and/or operational challenges arising from the construction and redevelopment projects along the along the Purple Line Construction Corridor. Our Small Business Coaches provide virtual and on-site individualized business consulting, coaching and technical assistance as well as strategic planning, business planning, marketing, sales and operations, as well as strategies to help with client retention and improving operations.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $50,929- $59,111 annually, dependent on experience and team budget.
