We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Real Estate Development Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in real estate development, project management, and financial analysis. This role involves managing every aspect of the development process, from the initial concept through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development process from project inception to completion, including site acquisition, design, permitting, construction, and closeout.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial models.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of planning and zoning applications.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage the due diligence process, including environmental assessments, site surveys, and legal reviews.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to senior management and investors.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and industry partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate development projects.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, development processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
