Union Position

Medical and Dental plans with NO CONTRIBUTION. (Individual or Family coverage)

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous and effective service.

· Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customers vehicle.

· Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience by keeping customer informed on the completion time, service expense and possible changes.

· Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon or as requested.

Requirements:

· Experience as a Service Advisor preferred.

· Sales or Customer Service experience will be considered.

· Knowledge of auto industry is a plus.

· Must be computer proficient.

· Must have a current and valid driver’s license.

Position includes:

· Paid personal time.

· Paid vacation time.

· Paid Holidays.

Schedule:

· 8-10 hour shift

· 5-day work week, Monday - Saturday.
