Inventory Control Support is responsible to ensure accuracy, efficiency, organization, and inventory excellence to the following daily and weekly Inventory tasks supporting the Inventory manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive freight physically into the warehouse including samples, equipment, supplies, etc. Enter to receive information.
• Perform QC of product in accordance with company QC Checklist procedures. Bring discrepancies to the appropriate individuals immediately for instructions of disposition.
• Perform cycle counts as directed by management. Cycle counts must be completed by the due dates.
• Organize and label inventory in all three facilities as directed.
• Perform ordering of warehouse supplies
• Communicate inventory or receipt discrepancies to Inventory Manager immediately.
• Clean and organize 3250 and 3241 warehouses weekly. This task includes the following: Sweep both warehouses, discard trash and debris inside and out, restack pallets neatly, clean and organize workstation area (there should be no product left at workstation), make sure all product is where it belongs.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic active listening skills, reading comprehension, writing, arithmetic, and calculation skills.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds required.
• Knowledge of Excel data entry
• Organizational and time management skills
• Forklift operations experience
• Warehouse experience
• Consistently Reliable
• Detail Oriented

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working conditions are normal for a warehouse environment.
• Work involves frequent lifting of materials and products up to 70 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
