Laser Loft Laser and Skincare is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team and take charge of our multi-location operations. As a key player in our organization, you'll oversee various aspects of our business, from finances to employee relations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences across all our locations.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Sales Goals: Set and monitor sales targets, strategize to achieve revenue growth, and implement initiatives to drive sales performance.
• Employee Management: Lead and supervise all employees across our four locations, including conducting employee reviews, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns.
• Company Meetings: Organize and facilitate regular company meetings to align teams, communicate goals, and share updates.
• Employee and Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with both employees and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Travel: Travel to various locations as needed to provide support, conduct trainings, and oversee operations.
• Training and Onboarding: Oversee training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Offboarding: Handle offboarding processes for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Marketing Oversight: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our medical spa services and attract new clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or spa industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Experience in employee training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Proficiency in marketing concepts and strategies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
