Job Description/Duties

• Discuss finance and lease options with customers while ensuring the customers experience meets or exceeds expectations.
• Works with desk manager and banks to offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers by providing them with a thorough explanation of manufacture warranty as well as aftermarket products and extended warranty options.
• Ensures all stips are collected, processes financing paperwork efficiently, and makes sure deals are funded within a timely manner.
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately in order to secure approval through financial sources while complying with all government regulation.
• Works with sales managers to ensures sales team is on pace to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Maintains enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee morale.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience and 1 year as an Automotive Finance manager
• Associates or Bachelors degree in business and/or automotive training preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• Ability to handle pressure, adapt to change, maintain composure, and work to resolve conflicts while maintaining a pleasant and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing team work
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• High School Degree or equivalent minimum
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR and drug screen.
