LaSalle Network is currently partnering with an organization that is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, Analytics who will be responsible for day-to-day operational activity along with architecting and implementing a next-generation enterprise data warehouse and consumption tool. This is a 12-18 month contract opportunity and must be onsite in Chicago on a hybrid basis.

Senior Manager, Analytics Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Datawarehouse: Deep dive hands-on experience in EDW/Power BI design and implementation, well versed with the challenges, limitations, etc.
• Project Management: Create a milestone-driven project plan and manage execution, along with coordination among all stakeholders
• People Management: Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams, promoting collaboration, professional growth and a results-driven culture
• Risk Mitigation: Spearhead the proactive identification of potential project risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met

Sr. Manager, Analytics Requirements:

• 8 years of IT experience leveraging solutions utilizing SAP and non-SAP technologies in analytics
• 7 years of experience on MS Power BI and Azure Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.
• 2 years of experience on Native HANA, SAP BOBJ WEBI
• 2 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, including scripting
• Experience in Power BI Admin and associated security
• Experience with Python, SQL or other scripting languages
• Experience in source data extraction (delta and full, change pointer, SAP CDC, etc.) from SAP or non-SAP sources in EDW along different adapters and connections
• Design, develop and maintain complex paginated, interactive reports and dashboards, mobile reports, scheduling, self-service enablement, etc. in Power BI for various departments and teams
• Design and implement EDW solutions for efficient data storage, processing and analysis
• Architect and manage data pipelines
• Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into Azure Datalake or any other data warehouse of SAP
• At least two full-lifecycle implementations of EDW, along with Power BI as consumption tools
• Working knowledge of Tableau, SAP SAC and SAP Datasphere is preferred
• Relevant analytics certifications are preferred
• Experience in team, vendor and escalation management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience is key for this role
