LaSalle Network is currently partnered with one of our clients, a home care agency committed to enhancing the quality of life for their clients, to find additional help desk support. They are currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join their team onsite in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Desktop Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Install and upgrade Operating Systems and Computer software
• Handle all the procurement/forecast related activities for all desktop/laptops and printers
• Maintain the details of EOL hardware and proactively liaise with IT manager for replacements

Desktop Support Specialist Requirements:

• 1 years of experience setting up new devices for end users
• Proficient knowledge of hardware, O/S, and user setup
• Ability to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Good written and verbal communication skills
