Las Vegas Braces is Hiring an Orthodontic Dental Assistant Near Las Vegas, NV

Immediate Need!

Las Vegas Braces is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused team player to join us at our North and West locations. We are looking for someone 4 days a week (32 hours), splitting time between the two locations below. No weekends needed

North Location - 2 days a week (7:45 am - 4:30 pm) - 6365 Simmons St., Suite 110, Las Vegas, NV

West Location - 2 days a week (6:45 am - 4:40 pm - 8710 W. Charleston Blvd, Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Sterilization and disinfection of all instruments and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of each operatory in accordance with state-applicable infection control guidelines
  • Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and manage appropriate supplies in each operatory.
  • Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care as directed by the Dentist.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, (Dental Board)
  • Record patient charting
  • Support Dentist during treatment procedures
  • Take digital X-rays.
  • Assist in managing and controlling supply inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an ortho practice is preferred
  • Patient-focused, team player
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
