Description

Do you have experience with Learning Management Systems and enjoy problem solving? Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist III and provide support and a high-quality experience to our customers.

Your work will include:

  • Working with school districts on the successful integration of the Big Ideas Learning platforms with their information systems.
  • Meeting with district administrators and users to discuss the details and demonstrate features of integrations.
  • Working with district technical contacts to set up and configure their integrations for Canvas, ClassLink, Clever, Google Classroom, OneRoster, and Schoology.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the resolution of issues via phone, email, case, and video.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to create supporting documentation and media.
  • Providing reports and updates to assess needs and provide feedback on support and integrations.
  • Meeting monthly KPI goals.

Qualifications


A Qualified Candidate:

  • Has experience setting up integrations with Learning Management Systems and Student Information Systems.
  • Has experience with rostering data via SFTP and API, single sign-on connections, and assignment and scoring services via LTI Advantage.
  • Ability to research, problem solve, and find solutions to issues you are unfamiliar with.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload while staying organized.
  • Can work in a customer-facing position while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Has patience and empathy when working with users.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can effectively communicate with users in a technical and non-technical manner.
  • Has experience in customer support and educational technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira preferred.
  • Has an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field preferred.
