Job Description:

The Broil Cook must have experience preparing and cooking meats using a high temperature broil oven. The Broil Cook must be able to follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately and efficiently. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. The Broil Cook must maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all food safety guidelines. The Broil Cook must also be able to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meats to order using a broiler
• Follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately and efficiently
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Broil Cook or similar position
• Ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Effective communication skills
