About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Transaction Coordinator to add to our team. You'll be pivotal in our growth and success, evaluating properties and supporting sales. This is NOT a sales role. This would be helping the team close real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Title Companies, Buyers, and Sellers to Sell Our Properties
- Manage contact between sellers, agents, and title companies via text, email, and phone.
- Deliver property information to Realtors in order to list and sell the property
- Handle current clients and make sure the customer experience is exceptional.
Requirements:
- Paralegal in any field (or similar role)
- Sales, Customer Service, Transaction Coordination or Virtual Assistant Experience
- Work well under pressure
- Must feel comfortable speaking with people
- Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer
- Prior experience with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs W
Compensation:
- Starting at $40,000/year salary Bonuses (1st year ~$50,000 all in comp), growing with business
- Bonus pay as business expands
