Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Planner in a large manufacturing company. The Production Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of work according to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of work according to the production schedule.
  • Review and distribute work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain communication with team members to track progress and address any delays or issues.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Support production staff by providing administrative assistance and facilitating communication between departments.
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in a production office required.
  • Strong math skills for tasks such as scheduling and inventory management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality control.
