Lantower Luxury Living is currently hiring for Groundskeeper to support the maintenance and facilities management for South Side on Lamar, a Class A apartment community in the Dallas, TX area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all public and common areas of the property in a clean, neat, attractive condition -specific duties include removing all trash and litter, sweeping sidewalks and pathways, basic gardening and weeding, wiping down and cleaning windows and common furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness of clubhouse, models, pool seating, work out facility, mail room, etc. on daily basics
• Demonstrates ability to solve problems in a variety of practical situations and follow standardized procedures.
• Maintain superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively interact with residents, clients, team members, and other business contacts and respond courteously to questions and requests.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently.
• Adhere to the Lantower Luxury Living’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Report physical safety hazards in community to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in company training classes and meetings as required.
• Other tasks or duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 years of related grounds maintenance experience and/or training.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well with others.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices.
• Energetic and flexible.
• A strong eye for detail.
• Takes pride in their work and does their job to the best of their ability.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas and be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and up to one hundred (100) pounds with assistance for installation and removal of appliances.
