The role of the Groundskeeper is to work closely under the supervision of the lead maintenance technician. Remove trash and debris from the exterior and interior of the grounds, parking garage, dumpster areas, and all common areas of the property. Pick up trash, dog waste, clean the pool area, straighten pool furniture, wash down breezeways, clean elevators empty all trash cans and assist with any other projects that are required to maintain the community.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
