Customer Response Team Agent
This position works onsite from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. four (4) days per week with one (1) 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shift (day of the week TBD).

Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:
Responsible for support of Lantech Distributor Partners, External Sales Force (RSM's & National Account Managers) and end users by answering questions about equipment features and components, finding solutions for semi-automatic packaging applications and helping customers navigate LantechNET and Lantech.com.
Agent will be responsible for quoting semi-automatic and automatic machines, options, freight, lead times and processing telephone leads. One of the main focus of the CRT is order entry and order maintenance. Agent is responsible for answering calls to maintain team metrics with little to no call abandonment.
The person in this position will often be required to serve as a mentor to our distributor reps.
