Responsibilities:Live our mission statementPromote and sell Lansing's products and servicesMake 8-12 sales appointments daily between established and prospective customersIncrease sales and profit margins within a geographic territoryDevelop the growth of the branch by consistently securing new business through business-to-business (B2B) sales of siding, windows, and other exterior building productsCultivate and manage customer relationshipsAssist and correct customer complaintsEducate customers on Lansing’s products and servicesHelp customers increase business while improving their profitsQualifications:Prior B2B outside sales experience in the building products, construction, or wholesale industry (preferred)Strong customer service, communication, and social skillsAll-around business professional with exceptional telephone etiquetteAbility to work individually and on a teamPositive attitude and willingness to go the extra mileCommitment to setting and achieving goalsHistory of strong ethics and high integrityCompensation Package:Guaranteed base salary with opportunity for bonusCompany car, cell phone, and tabletAbility to qualify for annual sales incentive trip
