**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The Landscape Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction. **Duties:** - Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various tasks such as lawn care, tree care, building, gardening, and irrigation. - Plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish, including design implementation and maintenance. - Ensure proper care and maintenance of landscapes to meet client expectations. - Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines. - Train new team members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures. **Skills:** - Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising a landscaping team. - Proficiency in various aspects of landscaping including lawn care, tree care, building, gardening, irrigation, and landscape maintenance. - Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients. - Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. - Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
