Title: Equipment (Parts/Service/Sales)

Full Time Location: Greer

Schedule: Open: 7:30 – 5:00, Close: 8:00 – 6:00, Every other Saturday 8:00 – 5:00

Reports To: Manager on duty

Summary:

• Assisting Customers on the phone and in-store.

• Demonstrate value to customers to gather additional business and increase sales.

• Handling customers' special orders and service orders ensuring timely turnaround.

• Renting equipment, making certain equipment stays in good condition.

• Selling equipment 2-Cycle, push mowers, and zero-turn mowers.

• Looking up small engine and OPE parts.

• Merchandising product, ensuring all displays meet company guidelines.

• Inventory reports (out of stocks, overstock, location, counting, etc..)

• Filling propane, cutting keys, stocking, assembly.

• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous relevant experience is a plus (outdoor equipment, parts diagrams, retail, sales, customer service)

• Superior customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
