We are forecasting significant growth in our business. Consequently, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to assist in driving the growth of our commercial landscape management services. Role and Responsibilities

Professional, courteous, computer-proficient and organized with communication skills, the Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure records, bookkeeping and financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date for use by accountants and auditors. Essential job duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Direct vendor, subcontractor and supplier contact regarding payable accounts
• New vendor setup
• Maintain and updating vendor master files
• Issue, log and record purchase orders
• Collect and code receipts
• Receive, process, verify and code invoices
• Data entry of payables invoices
• Process and issue manual checks
• Process and issue vendor and supplier checks
• Record payments made by EFT
• Reconcile credit card and fuel card statements
• Verify and balance monthly vendor statements
• Submit credit applications
• Assist with month-end balancing and annual 1099 process
• Gather fuel receipts for quarterly reporting
• Manage H2B housing process
• Manage the transition of accounts for newly acquired companies
• Other duties as assigned
