The Landscape Supervisor is a critical part of our team who is responsible for:

• Supervising all landscape maintenance service activities of the crews – ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material, have the training and tools needed to complete the job and are operating safely at all times.
• Reviewing and managing time sheets.
• Completing a pre-trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at the beginning of the week.
• Coordinating with account managers, supervisors, customers, and employees as needed.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely driving crews to and from jobs, adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
• Ongoing training of employees.
• Making sure equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensuring quality performance of all work.
• Assists the Market/Account Manager, as directed in providing outstanding landscape maintenance service to clients as well as directly managing other team members.

Requirements:

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
