SUMMARY : It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host / Player Development Executive to create a memorable trip for our casino guests.

This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc reservationsUpdate and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage / Room Food Limited, & VIP reportsPost outside show charges onto guests foliosAssist Casino Host / Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guestsInteract with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
