A construction company in Pensacola needs a full-time Production Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with great attention to detail to join a supportive and friendly work environment
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing customer service
- Producing and updating schedules as needed
- Creating purchase orders, change orders, and material orders
- Coordinate permitting and inspections
- Issuing change orders and communicating answers to all parties
- Reviewing daily logs and recaps from subcontractors
- Assisting with punch list management
- Coordinating repair services
- Scheduling crews
- Maintaining both physical and electronic records
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience working admin in a construction environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented
- A great communicator and well-spoken
- Highly motivated and Intuitive with what needs to be done
- Team player with a positive attitude
- This position is full-time and pays $18/hour
- Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm After meeting the qualification requirements, employees are offered through LandrumHR: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and Matching 401k
