- Inspect incoming freight shipments
- Document and report damaged items
- Outlook calendar management for deliveries with staff and clients
- Sales order processing
- Track and process drop-shipped orders
- Create and receive intercompany transfer orders
- Scanning
- UPS backup for receiving department
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong computer/technology skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good time management skills
- A strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- A great listener, with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to pay attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Dependable, with a sound work ethic
- Good customer service skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting with an inventory background
- Previous experience working directly with customers
- Previous experience with a barcode system
- This position pays $20/hour
- Full time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Temp-to-hire 600 hours
