Landmark Management Group is looking for an experienced Make Ready Technician for a luxury apartment community in the Copperfield area.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Painting/Make Ready experience on a new property; this includes painting and repairing interiors and exteriors

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect, paint, and make ready vacated apartments.
• Routinely performs the following duties in order to restore apartment to “market ready” status
• Communicates with Lead Service Technician/Property Manager concerning particular apartments that are priority
• Work at a pace which will leave enough time for housekeeping to complete their functions in the make ready process.
• Repairs holes in walls, caulks tubs, repairs vinyl flooring
• Replaces light bulbs, batteries, and changes electrical covers when necessary.
• Replaces a/c filter and checks all appliances to ensure they are working correctly
• Performs all tasks in a neat and efficient manner. This includes cleaning all materials and equipment and returning all items to their designated storage facility at the end of each day.
• Uses protective equipment when necessary following all safety procedures.

Performs other work duties as directed by Lead Service Technician and Property Manager
