Make Ready Technician

Location: Gramercy Park, 3225 Woodland Park Dr., Houston, TX, 77082

Job Description:

The Make Ready Technician is responsible for ensuring that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status in a timely manner. This includes painting, cleaning, and repairing any damages to the apartment. The Make Ready Technician will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets. Additionally, the Make Ready Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and storage areas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
