Full-Time Apartment Manager Needed in Safford, Arizona; Monday-Friday flexible set hours between 7 am and 5 pm. NO PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Just a good knowledge of office work and computer experience!

Applicant must be a self-starter with excellent computer skills and communication. Must be able to shift gears and willing to tackle many tasks. Looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and the ability to work indendendtly.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Collect rent on time.
• Processing Applications.
• Communicate effectively with residents.
• Oversee maintenance.
• Enforce Property Rules and Regulations.
• Ensure all paperwork is in place.
• Assist maintenance with cleaning vacant units.

Manager Qualifications:

• Must have good Computer Skills
• Have Office Experience (3 year minimum)
• Bookkeeping (rents and deposits)
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Attention to Detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to pass Assessment Tests

Work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Monthly Salary = $3,200
