Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a Sales Manager for the Comfort Inn On The Ocean located at 1601 South Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948.

Expectations:

Demonstrated sales ability
Possess a "Do it now" and "Yes I can" approach
"Guest first" approach
Outgoing, inquisitive personality
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated closing skills

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain Top Accounts
Prospect business for the pipeline and hit list
Direct Sales Calls in the market
Handle Group Bookings & Inquiries
Send out contracts to verify rooms and meeting space commitments

Qualifications:

Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
Operational/Service background or orientation
Knowledge of Food and Beverage (catering)
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
