Landmark Home Health is a nonprofit organization that believes in making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. We provide personalized, compassionate care to individuals who require assistance with their daily activities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their homes.

We support the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The PSLF program helps individuals in public service roles alleviate the burden of student loans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support clients in daily activities such as meal preparation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and any changes in clients' condition.

Benefits Include:

• Up to $1000 sign-on bonus (Full-Time Position)
• $400 sign-on bonus (Part-Time Position)
• New increased wages (up to $17.00 per hour for Full-Time/$15.00 per hour for Part-Time)
• Personal time off (17 paid days a year)

• Monday to Friday schedule with primarily daylight hours (normally 8:00 am- 4:30 pm)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of personal care experience is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and valid current driver's license
• Compassion and a strong desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
