```Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Duties:

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any maintenance needs

- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubricating machinery, cleaning filters, and replacing worn-out parts

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and make necessary repairs

- Utilize a Computerized System to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records

- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance issues

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing machinery

- Proficiency in low voltage electrical systems, HVAC/R systems, and appliance repair

- Drywall repair, paint, plumbing, electrical, and flooring experience preferred

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
