Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties. Your role will involve conducting property tours, handling lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction. Duties: - Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available units - Assist prospective tenants with the application process and ensure all required documentation is collected - Prepare lease agreements and review terms and conditions with tenants - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages - Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate records of tenant interactions - Collaborate with property management team to develop effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants - Conduct market research to stay updated on rental rates and competitor offerings - Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants, such as parking spaces or storage units Experience: - Proven experience in sales or customer service roles - Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and property leasing procedures - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property leasing - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
